Registration fees

Conference Delegate Registration: €900 +18% VAT = €1062

Student Registration: €395 +18% VAT = €466.10
(Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status.)

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the online registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the conference secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 25 August 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 8 September 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 8 September 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
